Gift Cards are Non-taxable
Your Gift Card will be mailed through the U.S. Postal Service free of charge.
You may choose to have your Gift Card shipped FedEx Standard Overnight for an additional fee of $12.00. West Coast orders must be received by 3:00 pm PST, East Coast orders must be received by 12:00 pm PST for next day delivery.

• Tues.Thurs. 8:00 am 9:30 pm
• Fri. 8:00 am 6:30 pm
• Sat. 8:00 am 6:30 pm
• Sun. 9:00 am 5:30 pm
We encourage you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time so you can have a few moments to unwind. The more relaxed you are, the more you'll enjoy your stay. Starting your appointment on time allows you to receive the full benefit of your complete, unhurried service.
We call and confirm all appointments 48 hours in advance. We would appreciate advance notice of any cancellation.
All services require a 24hour notice or there may be a charge for services reserved.
In order to accommodate your scheduling needs, we suggest you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving.
To maintain Changes Salon and Day Spa, Center for Well Being as an oasis of tranquility, please leave your cellular phone and beeper behind. To maintain a quiet environment, children are welcome when scheduled for services only.
If you feel another staff member would better serve you, please don't hesitate to let us know. We are a team of professionals and we encourage you to try the work of all our specialists.

We regret we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal property, including clothing and accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.

Full day parking is available at the Broadway and Cypress parking garage. Parking validation for up to two hours is available. We do not recommend parking at meters, as enforcement is swift.
Don't feel obligated to make conversation with the therapist. If you have any questions or concerns prior to or during your service, please feel free to communicate them to your technician.
For your safety and comfort, Spa treatments are not recommended on a full stomach or under the influence of excessive alcohol or caffeine.
